Guys, listen to me if you want to meditate. You want to set your timer to 15 minutes. Or 20. For a beginner 5 minutes will be just enough time for them to enter meditative state. Even 10 minutes. You want to set your timer to 15-20 minutes. Trust me.

Ive been using this product. A little definitely goes a long way. So far I really like it. I notice me that the content creator stated she puts on the face at night. I agree totally. It is a little on the oily side. Other than that it’s a great inexpensive all natural product.
